Our Board of Directors is made up of dedicated volunteers from within our neighborhood. Our current board members are:

COA DUES PAYMENT DATES

beginning 04/01/24

Trash

Park Place Villas’ trash is collected on Tuesday. Garbage, yard waste and recyclable items are all collected on the same day. The Sarasota County website has more information on trash and recycling collection including the Collection Schedule Map.

Pool Use

Park Place Villas Rules and Regulations require all guests to be accompanied by the owner or registered tenant.

MEETING SCHEDULE

All Board of Directors Meetings will be held on the 4th Thursday of the Month starting at 1:00pm via Zoom unless noted differently.

COVID-19

Until further notice, we will be canceling in person board meetings, and non-essential resident gatherings.

The Board encourages residents to be vigilant during these times and follow the recommmend- ations of the CDC.

All areas outside of the unit are common areas and all exterior changes require written board approval.
